Our chemical analysis of food products includes nutrient content, chemical constituents and environmental contaminants.

Nutrient Content

Products are analyzed for nutritional composition. These tests include protein, water, fatty acids, cholesterol, carbohydrates, sugar, ash, sodium and calcium, etc. This is commonly called 7+1 Nutrition labeling in Hong Kong.

 

Chemical Constituents

Products are analyzed for chemical composition. This will assist with the identification and quantification of chemical components.
